Shade Solutions Qld is a family-owned business based in North Lakes, specialising in blinds, awnings, shutters, shade sails and outdoor shade structures. As demand continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Blinds, Awnings & Shutters Installer to join our friendly team.
This is a casual to full-time, in-house position and is not a contractor role.

What You'll Be Doing
- Installing blinds, awnings and window shutters (plantation and aluminium)
- Working both independently and within a team
- Working across residential and commercial projects
- Travelling to customer sites throughout South East Queensland
The majority of work is Brisbane and Sunshine Coast based, with some travel to the Gold Coast when required.
You'll also have the opportunity to learn our wider range of shade products, including shade sails and outdoor structures.
What We're Looking For
✅ Experience installing blinds, awnings and shutters is essential
✅ Knowledge of motorised and automated blind systems
✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
✅ Current White Card
✅ Current Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
✅ Current Australian Driver Licence
✅ Full Australian working rights
✅ Comfortable using hand and power tools
✅ Strong attention to detail
✅ Reliable, organised and self-motivated
✅ Brisbane based (Northside preferred)
