Casual Storeperson

We are seeking a casual Storeperson to join our team at Shade Solutions Qld based in North Lakes for an immediate start. As a Storeperson, you will be responsible for maintaining organisation and efficiency in our warehouse, ensuring all items are properly stored, labelled and accounted for.

What you'll be doing

· Receiving and processing incoming deliveries, ensuring accurate stock levels and storage

· Maintaining the warehouse and storage areas in a clean, tidy and organised condition

· Assisting with stock takes and conducting cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy

· Operating and maintaining warehouse equipment as required

· Actioning follow up paperwork and tasks after field staff come back from site

· Adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures

· Occasional site deliveries and pickups

What we're looking for

· Previous experience working in a warehouse or storekeeping role

· Minimum of 2+ years warehouse or storekeeping experience required

· Forklift license and experience operating warehouse equipment desirable

· Manual drivers licence

· Strong organisational and time management skills

· Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy

· Good communication and teamwork skills

· Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Australian citizenship or permanent residency required

The Role 

We’re looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. You’ll be the face of our brand, meeting clients in their homes or businesses, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions from our extensive product range. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Conduct in-home and on-site consultations with potential customers 
  • Provide expert advice on blinds, awnings, and shading solutions 
  • Prepare and present quotes, following up to close sales 
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships 
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Experienced Blinds and Awnings Installer

Full Time | Immediate Start | $65,000 – $80,000 per year

We’re a fast-growing, family-run business looking for a reliable and experienced Blind and Awning Installer to join our friendly team. If you take pride in your work, have common sense, and enjoy a variety of jobs across SE QLD – we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Minimum 2 years experience installing blinds and awnings
✅ Must hold a White Card and Blue Card
✅ Must be based in Brisbane (Northside preferred)
✅ Willingness to travel to Gold Coast and Noosa as needed (majority of work is Brisbane-based)
✅ Full Australian working rights
✅ Physically fit, with a strong work ethic
✅ A willingness to be trained across all areas of installation inc shade sails
✅ Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude
✅ Immediate start for the right person

Job Details:

  • 38 hours per week + occasional overtime and weekend work available
  • Full-time, secure role with ongoing work (normal 3 month probation applies)
  • Supportive team environment in a growing business
  • Varied work locations to keep things interesting
  • On-the-job support and development
