We appreciated his patience and suggestions and he was always very obliging. He keeps in mind cost effectiveness for his customers which we appreciated as we had quite a few products to install. He is wonderful to deal with because though he is extremely busy, he kept us informed of the progress of our products, always returned our calls promptly and followed up as promised. He is the type of person you want to deal with – it’s a pity there are not more like him.
We had Shade Solutions Qld come to our home to quote, they were on time, friendly and professional. We initially ordered blinds for 3 windows, they were supplied and fitted a day or so before Christmas – as promised. A lot of businesses promise things but often fail to deliver so I was impressed that a day before Christmas in the blistering heat they were fitting blinds. They were also considerate enough to fit the particular blind that was on our son’s room before he was going to have his sleep so he wouldn’t be disturbed. We were so happy with the first few that we ordered more and the same professional service and quality was received at a competitive price. We would happily order products from Shade Solutions Qld again in the future and have recommended him to friends already.
