We are extremely happy with the sensational customer service provided by Shade Solutions Qld. Craig is a professional at what he does and extremely knowledgeable of his products. We appreciated his patience and suggestions and he was always very obliging. He keeps in mind cost effectiveness for his customers which we appreciated as we had quite a few products to install. He is wonderful to deal with because though he is extremely busy, he kept us informed of the progress of our products, always returned our calls promptly and followed up as promised. He is the type of person you want to deal with – it’s a pity there are not more like him.
